Essentially a scaled-down motocross bike with an electric motor, the Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket is ideal for pre-teens and teens (ages 12 and up) who want to enjoy the dirt bike experience without breaking the bank. The Dirt Rocket's powerful motor carries riders at speeds of up to 14 miles per hour--more than enough for most bumpy dirt trails--and can cruise for up to 10 miles (or 40 minutes) on a single charge. At the same time, the bike's riser handlebars deliver a smooth and comfortable ride regardless of the terrain, so the fun isn't restricted to flat pavement. As a final bonus, the Dirt Rocket's variable-speed, chain-driven motor is extremely quiet, a marked contrast to traditional gas-powered motocross bikes.

Other details include 12-inch pneumatic knobby tires for a maximum power transfer, authentic dirt bike frame geometry, and a retractable kickstand. The MX350, which requires roughly eight hours to fully charge, offers a maximum weight limit of 140 pounds. It's also backed by a 90-day warranty.

I bought this for my 7 year old, and a MX500 for my 10 year old. They are great bikes, well made and easy to assemble. The battery has been great, and they have been riding them in grass and up inclines with no problems. They understand how to connect them to the charger and do so with no problems. As many other reviews state, the mfg's age recommendations are way off. My 7 year old will likely outgrow the 350 within the year. He is 48" and 52 pounds and could easily handle the MX500. Best $$ I ever spent on a kid's gift.

this is the perfect gift for your child it has speed but not too fast for your little ones and my seven year old [..]he really really loves it .[..]it well by keeping his balance and it can hold so much weight i can even ride it. i have to say its the best battery riding toy out there these days it has real tires so it is worth the [..]compared to all the other riding toys at that price..i would recommend this over any other one out there.

This rocks! It goes fast and loses no speed when you turn unlike electric scooters. I raced my freind on her supossidly faster scooter, and i won every time! It charges fast and has alot of ride time. I frequently go between my friends' houses and it plain out looks cool! If you are going to buy this for your kid, do it! They'll love it! But make sure you get a helmet- full face completes the look of motocross.
